Terms of use

This English version of the terms of use is provided for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.

1. Purpose

These terms of use (the “Terms of Use”) govern access to and use of store.simnjs.fr (the “Site”) by any visitor. Purchases are governed by the terms of sale. Browsing the Site means accepting these Terms of Use.

2. Publisher

3. Access

The Site is free to access and requires no account. The publisher aims to keep it available at all times but may interrupt it for maintenance, updates or force majeure without liability. Connection costs are borne by the visitor.

4. Order links

Each order gives access to a personal page protected by a unique link. This link is confidential: visitors agree not to share it and to notify the publisher if they believe a third party has access to it.

5. Prohibited uses

Visitors must not interfere with the operation or security of the Site, try to access data or files not intended for them, bypass download links, scrape the Site at scale, use a payment method fraudulently or publish download links. The publisher may block visitors who break these rules.

6. Intellectual property

Texts, images, videos, code excerpts and the simnJS name and logo are protected by copyright and trademark law. Code excerpts shown on product pages are previews and grant no license; only the license in the terms of sale applies to purchased Products. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

7. Third-party links

The Site links to third-party services (Stripe, YouTube, Epic Games…). The publisher is not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Liability

Information on the Site is provided with care but may contain errors, which the publisher corrects once aware of them. The publisher is not liable for indirect damage arising from use of the Site or from how visitors use its information.

9. Personal data

Personal data processing and the use of trackers are described in the privacy policy.

10. Changes and governing law

The publisher may update these Terms of Use; the version online at the time of the visit applies. They are governed by French law.
