Quick answers
Where is my receipt or invoice?
Stripe handles the payment as merchant of record: it emails the receipt and the invoice to the address you paid with, right after payment. Check your spam folder too.
The code doesn’t compile in my project.
Check the product’s docs first: setup and troubleshooting pages cover the usual causes. If it still fails, send a bug report with your UEFN version and the first error line from the Verse output, and I’ll fix it.
Can you add a feature?
Send it as a request: the most asked features make it into updates, free for every buyer.
What exactly do I get?
The files listed under “What’s in the download” on each product: Verse code, any assets and a setup guide. Your download link shows up right after payment and is emailed to you.
Can I use the code in a published, monetized island?
Yes. Use and modify it in as many islands as you like, published and monetized ones included. You can’t resell or redistribute the source code itself.
What if a Fortnite update breaks the code?
Products are maintained: when a UEFN release changes an API, I ship a fix. Your order page always has the latest version, at no extra cost.
I lost my download link.
Go to “My purchases” and enter the email you paid with: you’ll get all your links again.
Can I get a refund?
Since the code is delivered instantly, you waive the right of withdrawal at checkout. If a product doesn’t work as described and I can’t fix it, you get a refund.
